Joe Rowson

Joe has been painting since his retirement in 1907, initially using water colour but now predominantly use pastels or oil paint.

He paints landscapes (especially with water involved) portraits and flowers.

He has exhibited at various venues in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Lincolnshire and has had pictures published in local papers.

He has had a painting displayed in a subway in Hertford and has painted a mural with a fellow artist in Knebworth.
