Ray Ward

After leaving Art College, I worked for the London Borough of Camden’s Architect’s Department, moving on to a firm architects near Oxford Street. With the ‘70’s recession, the practice moved to Bishops Stortford.

In 2004 I returned to drawing and painting, finding the watercolour medium a challenge. As a member of the Hertford Art Society, I have found encouragement from fellow members, exchanging ideas and opportunities to experiment.

I enjoy painting in watercolour, oil and pastel and have exhibiting locally over the past few years - with work sold locally and abroad.
